Dale Twardokus stands out as a visionary entrepreneur, having founded his first company at a mere 14. What began as a youthful venture quickly burgeoned into one of Rochester, NY's premier site development companies. While steering Victor Excavating's success, Dale's passion for real estate development emerged. By 21, he was pioneering groundbreaking commercial and residential real estate developments.

Dale’s decades of investing and managing manufactured home communities, later resulted in his current and live-long Massive Transformative Purpose of building new affordable residential communities that uplift people’s lives in a very significant way. His MTP:

“To create communities like no other, designed to be within reach for a vast demographic, far surpassing any alternatives. These exceptional neighborhoods prioritize affordability, embracing a range of amenities that promote health, wellness, entertainment, education, and sports.”

Pivoting with purpose, at 49, he's wholly dedicated to establishing premier, cost-effective manufactured home communities that incorporate innovative technologies throughout the country, an initiative poised to reshape American housing.

Dale earned his Bachelor of BA from SUNY Geneseo in 1998, while balancing studies. Presently, Dale is deeply invested at a foundational level in establishing non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing the lives of children in Rochester, NY via education.

With more than 20 years of residential project development and project management experience, Josh focuses on the acquisition, development, and management of manufactured housing communities, as well as consumer financing activities for residents living within developed communities.

Prior to joining New Vision Development Group, Josh acquired, developed, and repositioned manufactured housing communities in Pennsylvania. Through an unaffiliated development group, Josh is developing a new community in Indian River County, FL.

In the years prior to entering the manufactured housing industry, Josh held management rolls with mixed use development groups focused on residential, retail, and land development. Josh holds a Bachelors Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development and Finance from Cornell University, and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from New York University.
